Safety, Health, & House Rules

Welcome to ELEVE Entertainment LLC. Our goal is to create safe, memorable experiences for every guest. These Safety, Health, and House Rules apply to all ELEVE-operated venues, including RollCity VI, SplashDome VI, ELEVE at District 340, and any future attractions or experiences unless otherwise posted.

These guidelines are intended to promote a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests. Additional attraction-specific rules may apply.

1. General House Rules

These rules apply throughout all ELEVE Entertainment locations.

  • Participant Waiver: Guests participating in attractions must have a valid ELEVE liability waiver on file before participating. Guests under 18 years of age must have their waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian.

  • Adult Supervision: Children under 13 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18 years or older) while visiting our facilities.

  • Follow Staff Instructions: Our team members are trained to maintain a safe environment. All guests are expected to follow staff instructions, posted signage, and attraction operating procedures at all times.

  • Respect Others: Bullying, harassment, fighting, threatening behavior, abusive language, or intentionally unsafe conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the property without refund.

  • Appropriate Conduct: Guests must behave responsibly and avoid actions that may endanger themselves or others.

  • Restricted Items: Weapons, illegal substances, outside alcohol, and other prohibited items are not permitted on the property.

  • Smoking & Vaping: Smoking, vaping, and the use of tobacco or cannabis products are permitted only in designated areas, if provided.

  • Personal Belongings: Certain attractions prohibit loose articles such as phones, keys, wallets, jewelry, and bags. Please use lockers or designated storage areas where available.

2. Health & Wellness

Your health and the health of others are important to us.

  • Guests who are feeling ill, experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, or have recently been advised to isolate should postpone their visit.

  • Please wash or sanitize your hands regularly. Hand sanitizing stations are located throughout our facilities.

  • Rental equipment and shared attraction equipment are routinely cleaned and sanitized.

  • Guests with medical conditions, recent injuries, pregnancy, heart conditions, neck or back problems, seizure disorders, or other health concerns should carefully review attraction requirements before participating.

  • Individual attraction restrictions may vary. Please review posted signs and consult a team member if you have questions.

3. Dress Code

For everyone's comfort and safety:

  • Appropriate attire is required at all times.

  • Closed-toe shoes may be required for certain attractions.

  • Proper swimwear is required in aquatic areas.

  • Clothing with sharp objects, exposed metal, or items that may damage attractions may not be permitted.

  • Long hair and loose clothing may need to be secured before participating in certain attractions.

  • Required safety equipment, including helmets, harnesses, life jackets, or grip socks, must be worn whenever required.

4. RollCity VI | Roller Skating

Safety on the rink helps everyone enjoy the experience.

  • Skate only in the designated direction unless instructed otherwise by staff.

  • Do not carry children or infants while skating.

  • Food, beverages, and glass containers are prohibited on the skating surface.

  • Rental skates require socks.

  • Skaters should remain aware of others and avoid reckless skating or intentional collisions.

  • Beginners are encouraged to use designated learning areas when available.

5. SplashDome VI | Water Attractions

Help us keep our aquatic attractions safe for everyone.

  • Follow all lifeguard instructions.

  • Obey all posted attraction rules and height or rider requirements.

  • Diving is prohibited except where specifically designated.

  • Young children and inexperienced swimmers should remain under active adult supervision.

  • Approved flotation devices may be required in designated areas.

  • Guests should wait for staff instructions before entering slides or water attractions.

6. High-Action Attractions

Many ELEVE attractions involve physical activity and inherent risks.

Guests should:

  • Review attraction-specific rules before participating.

  • Meet all posted rider requirements.

  • Wear required safety equipment.

  • Participate only if physically able to do so safely.

  • Never intentionally interfere with the safe operation of an attraction.

Additional rules may apply to attractions including:

  • Go-Karts

  • Trampoline Park

  • Axe Throwing

  • Laser Tag

  • Climbing Attractions

  • Future attractions

Specific operating requirements, including age, height, weight, footwear, and health restrictions, will be posted at each attraction.

7. Accessibility

ELEVE strives to create an inclusive experience for all guests.

  • Accessibility accommodations may vary depending on the attraction.

  • Certain attractions may have manufacturer or safety restrictions that limit participation.

  • Guests needing accommodations are encouraged to speak with a team member before participating.

8. Photography & Media

  • Photography and video recording for personal use are generally permitted unless otherwise posted.

  • Commercial photography, filming, drones, or professional equipment require prior written approval.

  • ELEVE may photograph or record public areas for operational, promotional, or security purposes.

9. Safety & Security

To help maintain a safe environment:

  • Security cameras may operate throughout the property.

  • Bags and personal belongings may be subject to inspection where permitted by law.

  • Guests should immediately report unsafe conditions, lost children, injuries, or emergencies to a team member.

  • In an emergency, guests must follow instructions from staff and emergency responders immediately.

10. Additional Policies

Safety requirements may vary by attraction, special event, weather conditions, maintenance activities, or operational needs.

ELEVE Entertainment LLC reserves the right to establish, modify, or enforce additional safety requirements whenever necessary to protect guests, team members, contractors, vendors, and property.

Failure to comply with these rules, posted attraction requirements, or staff instructions may result in denial of participation, removal from the property, suspension of memberships, or other appropriate action.

Important Notice

These Safety, Health, and House Rules are intended as general operational guidelines and do not replace the ELEVE Master Liability Waiver and Release Agreement. All participants remain responsible for reviewing and complying with the applicable waiver, attraction-specific rules, and posted safety signage before participating in any activity.

Concept renderings, amenities, pricing, and development plans are subject to change based on feasibility studies, financing, permitting, and operational planning.
