ÉLEVÉ at District 340 is a proposed mixed-use entertainment and hospitality destination planned for St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. The project combines family entertainment attractions, dining experiences, event spaces, hospitality offerings, wellness amenities, and community-focused programming designed to create a premier destination for residents and visitors alike.
Opportunity
ÉLEVÉ is seeking experienced professionals to serve on its Advisory Board and provide strategic guidance during the planning, feasibility, financing, development, and operational preparation phases of the project.
Advisory Board Members will help strengthen the project through industry expertise, professional insight, introductions, and constructive feedback.

Provide strategic advice and industry insight.
Review project plans, concepts, and development strategies.
Participate in periodic virtual or in-person advisory meetings.
Offer constructive feedback and recommendations.
Assist with professional introductions when appropriate.
Support the long-term success and sustainability of the project.
Qualifications
Demonstrated professional experience in a relevant field.
Strong leadership, business, or industry expertise.
Interest in supporting economic and community development in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Ability to provide objective advice and guidance.

Advisory Board Members are not employees of ÉLEVÉ and are not responsible for daily operations. Board participation is advisory in nature and does not grant ownership, management authority, or decision-making control over the project.
Deferred compensation, reimbursement opportunities, or future consulting arrangements may be considered upon successful project financing and development milestones.
Concept renderings, amenities, pricing, and development plans are subject to change based on feasibility studies, financing, permitting, and operational planning.
